AI Sorting Modules

FFruscan – External Analysis Module

Fruscan is a sorting module based on 9 high-resolution cameras above each line, capable of analyzing fruits and vegetables for:

  • Color and shades – detecting subtle color variations and blemishes
  • Size – precise measurement of diameter and length for round and elongated produce
  • Weight – fast, accurate sorting with a four-point measurement system
  • Shape – 3D analysis to detect deviations from ideal forms, perfect for premium produce
  • External defects – detecting bruises, cracks, discoloration, and other surface imperfections

Fruscan allows simultaneous sorting based on all external criteria, ensuring consistent quality and minimal waste.

Infruscan – Internal Analysis Module

InInfruscan is an infrared-based system for internal fruit analysis, enabling:

  • Measurement of Brix level, sugar content, and acidity
  • Detection of internal defects, such as internal browning, bitter rot, core rot, bruising, and other damages

Infruscan allows producers to control fruit quality from the inside, guaranteeing safe and consistent products for the market.
